NEW ENGLAND CONSERVATIVE COALITION PAC & VENDOR MERCHANDISE POLICY

Effective Date: July 9, 2025
PAC ID: 81130

1. Terms of Use

Welcome to the website of the New England Conservative Coalition Political Action Committee (the “PAC”). This website offers political merchandise sold by the PAC, activities, events, publications, and programs associated with the New England Christian Coalition, a faith-based ministry initiative of the PAC, as well as commercial merchandise sold by a third-party vendor (the “Vendor”), who operates a small, clearly separated section on the PAC website.

By using this website and purchasing merchandise, registering for events, making donations, joining memberships, or participating in programs offered through this website, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use and the distinct policies governing PAC merchandise donations and Vendor commercial sales.

2. Political Merchandise Donation Policy (PAC)

The PAC sells merchandise as part of its fundraising efforts. All PAC merchandise items are clearly marked with the word “DONATE” to indicate that these purchases are political contributions.

Purchases of PAC merchandise are subject to Massachusetts campaign finance laws, including contribution limits, disclosure requirements, and recordkeeping obligations as regulated by the Massachusetts Office of Campaign and Political Finance (OCPF). Proceeds from these sales are used exclusively to support the PAC’s political mission, programs, initiatives, and affiliated activities.

All PAC merchandise sales are final. The PAC does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. The PAC disclaims all liability for any defects, damages, or issues arising after delivery. By purchasing PAC merchandise, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

3. Vendor Commercial Merchandise Policy

A small, clearly marked section of this website is dedicated to commercial merchandise sold by an independent third-party vendor (the “Vendor”), identified by the word “BUY” to distinguish it from PAC merchandise.

All purchases and payments for Vendor merchandise are processed exclusively through a separate, third-party e-commerce platform owned and operated by the Vendor. No payments for Vendor merchandise are made directly on the PAC website.

Purchases made through the Vendor section are commercial transactions and do not constitute political contributions. These transactions are not subject to campaign finance laws or PAC reporting requirements.

The Vendor is solely responsible for product quality, shipping, delivery, and customer service. The PAC is not liable for any issues related to Vendor merchandise sales.

All Vendor sales are final, with no returns or refunds except as required by law. Customers should contact the Vendor directly with any questions or concerns regarding commercial merchandise.

4. Intellectual Property and Customer Data

All trademarks, logos, sticker designs, artwork, graphics, publications, photographs, videos, written content, and related materials displayed or sold on this website are the intellectual property of either the PAC or the Vendor, as applicable.

Customer information collected during PAC merchandise purchases, donations, memberships, registrations, or participation in PAC programs is used in accordance with campaign finance laws, applicable privacy policies, and PAC operational requirements.

Customer information collected by the Vendor is used exclusively for order fulfillment and customer service purposes and is not shared with the PAC except as necessary to complete transactions or comply with applicable law.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All transactions and policies related to PAC merchandise, donations, memberships, registrations, programs, and activities are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, with any disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Massachusetts courts.

Similarly, commercial transactions with the Vendor are governed by Massachusetts law, with disputes likewise subject to Massachusetts courts.

6. Customer Acknowledgment

By purchasing merchandise from either the PAC (“DONATE” items) or the Vendor (“BUY” items), customers acknowledge and agree to the legal and operational separation of these entities.

Customers understand that PAC merchandise purchases, donations, memberships, registrations, and other financial contributions constitute political contributions subject to campaign finance laws, while Vendor purchases are commercial transactions.

7. Ownership and Relationship Disclosure

The New England Conservative Coalition Political Action Committee (the “PAC”) is a Massachusetts political action committee organized and operated in compliance with applicable campaign finance laws. The PAC's Massachusetts OCPF ID number is 81130. Christopher Thibeault serves as Chair of the PAC and oversees its operations.

The New England Christian Coalition is a faith-based program and ministry initiative of the New England Conservative Coalition Political Action Committee. It is not a separate legal entity and operates under the direction, governance, and financial administration of the PAC. The New England Christian Coalition exists to promote Christian civic engagement, community outreach, educational programs, leadership development, charitable efforts, and related activities consistent with the mission and values of the organization.

New England Coast Media (the “Vendor”) is a commercial business owned and operated by Christopher Thibeault. The Vendor sells merchandise through a designated section on the PAC website but operates independently from the PAC.

All Vendor merchandise sales and payment processing are conducted exclusively on a separate third-party e-commerce platform owned and operated by the Vendor. No payments for Vendor merchandise are processed through the PAC website.

Although Christopher Thibeault oversees both the PAC and the Vendor, the PAC and the Vendor maintain separate operations, financial accounts, and compliance obligations. The PAC’s merchandise sales constitute political contributions subject to campaign finance regulation, and Christopher Thibeault does not personally profit from PAC merchandise sales. The Vendor’s sales are commercial transactions, and any profits from those sales belong solely to Christopher Thibeault.

The New England Christian Coalition does not maintain separate finances, bank accounts, donation processing, fundraising operations, or merchant accounts. Any donations, memberships, registrations, merchandise purchases, event fees, sponsorships, or other financial transactions conducted through this website are made to and processed by the New England Conservative Coalition Political Action Committee and are subject to applicable campaign finance laws and regulations.

Website visitors will be clearly informed whether a product, event, program, communication, or activity is associated with the PAC, the New England Christian Coalition program, or the Vendor. Political contributions and commercial purchases will remain clearly distinguished from one another.

This disclosure is provided to ensure transparency and clarify the distinct nature of the PAC, its New England Christian Coalition ministry initiative, and the Vendor for website visitors, customers, supporters, donors, members, and regulatory authorities.
