New England Conservative Coalition to Hold First North Shore Chapter Meeting August 20 in Gloucester, Aiming to Unite Massachusetts in a Positive Manner

Gloucester, MA — August 3, 2025 The New England Conservative Coalition (NECC) will host its inaugural North Shore Chapter meeting on Tuesday, August 20, in Gloucester, Massachusetts, marking the organization’s latest step in building a unified conservative grassroots movement across the Commonwealth.

The event, open to all conservatives in the region, will be the first official meeting for the new North Shore chapter, one of eight regional chapters formed under the NECC's statewide structure. The goal, organizers say, is to foster unity among conservatives in a welcoming, drama-free environment.

“We want to create a positive conservative club for all to gather without fear of negativity or hostility,” said NECC Chair Christopher Thibeault and Vice Chair Alia Verissimo-Barboza in a joint statement. “We are open to all—but people who do not have good intentions or who have started issues in the past will be asked to leave.”

The New England Conservative Coalition has grown rapidly in recent months, The North Shore launch is a major milestone for the group’s strategy of local chapter engagement, designed to empower grassroots conservatives while maintaining a coordinated statewide voice.

More details about the Gloucester meeting, including venue and time, can be found on the front page of their website and on the offical Facebook group and on Gloucester's offical website. The NECC encourages local residents, activists, and concerned citizens to attend and be part of shaping a new, more inclusive chapter-based conservative movement in Massachusetts.
